They weren't going to offer us any DLC at all because we're dirty, dirty pirates and must be punished, but whoopsie! It was already included in the game, making it pretty obvious that the content was part of the game, and not some fantastic new stuff created after the game's release. Processor: 2.
Why exactly did EA say that they weren't going to release the DLC if it was already finished? Do they just hate PC gamers and not want their dirty PC gamer money?
