Then I realised how am I going to get out.

There is no diving warnings so I sat and entered from the side. The problem is the later to get in has on the to 2 steps which leves about 5 feet to the bottom, making it very difficult to used to enter the pool. I loved that it is heated and it was probably in the 70s. It is not very big but is 6 feet deep all around. The pool on the 19th floor is interesting, it has nice views. I had to push to get my breakfast order taken. The lounge on the 18th floor is very nice but even there I felt ignored and not paid attention to. They said the platinum members had to eat in the lounge. I was paying full price for the nicest suite in the hotel and am a platinum member of Starwood. I am not sure why but I was not treated very well either, staff did not learn my name and when I asked if I could have breakfast in the restaurant I was denied ti. The bathrooms are ole each with a tub shower, that is what I would of spent money on making it feel likek a real "best suite".

I think you see what I mean but I did like having the extra drawers and hangers in the 2 closets.

That included 2 safes, 2 closets, 2 bathrooms, 2 work desks, 2 refrigerators. I did like that you had 2 of everything from the old rooms. There was no other construction making it feel like a real suite. The opened the door to the room next door and cll that the bedroom. They took what must have been the old corner room which has incredible views of the Angel of Independence and circle around it and made it the living room, with nice comfortable furniture. They told me there was no upgrade that I had booked the nicest suite they had. I checked in as a platinum member and had booked the corner suite room, hoping for an upgrade.
